Le infinite vite dei tessuti, filosofia del recupero
Quando un’idea arriva e mette tutto sotto sopra, vuole dire semplicemente che l’idea è quella giusta.
Labolsina nasce così, grazie ad un magazzino con sessanta mila metri di tessuti, l’ispirazione del sole di Barcellona e un mestiere di famiglia. La filosofia di questa idea è recuperare i tessuti, trasformarli dando a loro una nuova vita. Margherita Vaghi è la creatrice di questo nuovo mondo.
Un passato come art director e il continuo approccio creativo unito all’eredità di Vittorio Vaghi detto affettuosamente “Ciuffo” sono le carte vincenti di questo progetto. Per quarant’anni, le mani di Vittorio sono state intrecciate con tessuti di ogni tipo. Il suo carattere e carisma, insieme alla sua spiccata sensibilità lo hanno avvicinato al mondo tessile alimentando una professionalità e passione per più di 40 anni. Ha arredato alberghi di lusso in tutta Italia , impreziositi dal suo gusto e dalla sua capacità di accostare tessuti e colori.
Arrivato il momento, ha lasciato spazio alle nuove generazioni, e Maggie, che per anni ha respirato il mestiere di famiglia, senza dire niente e nonostante avesse scelto la sua strada, è tornata in quel magazzino dove tante volte si era arrampicata sugli scaffali per far nascere la sua idea.
Il recupero tessile più versatile mai visto, oltre a Labolsina, nasce anche Labolsina Home e tanti altri progetti. I tessuti scelti un giorno da Vittorio, tornano nelle mani di Maggie che li trasforma in borse ma anche cuscini e pouf. Il suo lavoro è recuperare per poter ridurre gli sprechi generando una serie di prodotti artigianali 100% italiani, un’idea che sostiene il Made in Italy.
Grazie alla sua creatività, oggi i tessuti hanno una seconda vita ma soprattutto, ogni singolo progetto, rende orgoglioso suo papà e fa onore ad una frase di poche parole ripetuta da lui tantissime volte, “non ti devo spiegare le cose, sei sveglia a sufficienza per capire da sola”.
