THE ORIGIN OF OUR FABRICS
Our Labolsina designer bags are produced with ecological fabrics , i.e. recovered, or rather "saved", from the warehouse of the family business of our founder Margherita Vaghi. After a period spent in Spain, Margherita realized that many fabrics, once used to produce furnishings for luxurious hotels, were abandoned and discarded. To really make a difference in this world, Margherita had the idea of creating theLabolsina brand , giving new life to fabrics.
Basically, the fabric that inspired our designer was a grey/black diamond pattern fabric more than 30 years old, used to furnish the Eden hotel in Lugano. Recovered and transformed, it gave life to the first Labpadrombi LE model which was immediately successful. Therefore, following the "no waste" philosophy, we currently create bags in Limited Edition, precisely because the recovered fabrics are small and unique pieces. Precisely for this reason we think that Labolsina bags are the perfect gift for Mother's Day : an exclusive product for an unforgettable occasion!
